6 to 8 pieces boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 stick margarine, melted
2 pks saltine crackers, ground finely
1 pkg Shake 'N Bake (for chicken)

Directions:
Directions:

Clean and rinse chicken. Melt margarine.
Combine cracker crumbs and shake n bake in a bowl and mix well.

Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Dip chicken in margarine, then
in cracker mixture and place in the baking dish.

Cover dish with foil and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. After
about 30 minutes baking, remove foil so chicken will brown.
