cup butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
3 cans chicken broth
3 cans water
cup dry white wine
2 cloves minced garlic
tsp dried basil leaves
1 tsp dried oregano
lb to 1 lb of Ditalini pasta
2 cans white cannellini beans

1. Make white sauce with cup butter, 2 tbsp flour and 1 cup of milk. (melt butter, mix in flour add milk slowly
to incorporate).
2. Add 3 cans chicken broth with 3 cans water, cup dry white wine, 2 cloves minced garlic, tsp basil
leaves, 1 tsp oregano.
3. Optional: (if you like cook pasta in broth) or cook in separate pot of boiling water and add to broth.
4. Add 2 cans Cannellini beans.
5. Salt and pepper to taste.
