2 1/4 cups milk
3/4 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 cup flaked coconut
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup Bisquick

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9 inch deep dish pie pan.
2. Combine the milk, sugar, eggs, coconut, vanilla, butter and Bisquick together. Pour batter into the pie pan.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
