1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip (thawed)
1 (5 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (15 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together instant vanilla pudding mix, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Fold in thawed Cool Whip. Chill in refrigerator until serving. Yummy with cinnamon graham crackers or ginger snaps to dip.

My friend and coworker Mary introduced me to this recipe and now it is a staple at Thanksgiving. It makes a huge portion to take to several gatherings :)
