Rice Krispy Bar Recipe

1 cup white sugar
1 cup white corn syrup
1 stick butter

7 cups Rice Krispies
1½ cups creamy peanut butter


Frosting
1 package chocolate chips
¾ cup peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place white sugar, corn syrup and butter in large saucepan; melt, stirring until smooth.
Add 1½ cups of peanut butter and the Rice Krispies, stirring until coated.
Pat into a 9x13 pan.

For frosting, melt chocolate chips and ¾ cup peanut butter until smooth. Spread over Rice Krispie mix and let cool before cutting.

Grandma always called this her Rice Krispy bar but it was more like Scotcheroos. It was one of my favorites!
