Crust:
20 graham cracker squares, finely crushed
⅓ cup melted butter
¼ cup sugar


Filling
3 8 ounce blocks of cream cheese, room temperature
4 eggs
1½ cup sugar
1 tsp milk

Topping
8 ounce of sour cream
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together crust ingredients (graham crackers, melted butter and sugar) and press into a spring form pan.

Beat the filling ingredients until smooth, pour over crust. Bake at 350º for 55 minutes. Remove from oven, cool 10 minutes. Combine topping ingredients and spread over filling; return to oven and bake an additional 10 minutes.

Cool completely before removing from spring form pan.

Can top with fruit of choice (i.e. cherry pie filling) or eat plain.
