1 lb. of gizzards
1 lb. of ground beef
Onion, chopped
2 eggs
Raisins
2 cups of bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil gizzards in salted water until tender; drain and cool.
Grind gizzards, raisins and onion in a meat grinder.
To gizzard mixture add ground beef, eggs and bread crumbs, salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
Put dressing in a greased pan, top with several pats of butter.
Cover with aluminum foil, bake at 350º for one hour.

One of my favorites was Grandma's stuffing It was something that we only had at Thanksgiving and Christmas!

Grandma’s stuffing was a favorite and he is looking to re-create the dish.
