3 packages chopped spinach (thawed/drained)
2-3 Tb. lemon juice
1 can sliced artichokes
8 oz. cream cheese
½ cup mayo
1 Tb. lemon juice
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dump together first 3 ingredients. Mix cream cheese, mayo, and 1 Tb. lemon juice. Place on top of spinach mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes until brown on top.
 

Option 2


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 - 10 oz frozen spinach
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter
1 14 oz. artichokes, quartered
1 8 oz. sliced water chestnuts
1-2 Tb. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
Tabasco to taste
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozarella

Cook spinach slightly and drain. Mix cream cheese and butter. Add rest. Place into 2-quart casserole, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 10 minutes.
