8 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
salt and pepper
tsp. lemon juice
1 (10 oz) pack frozen chopped spinach
1 cup butter
cup shredded swiss cheese
1 (3 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
cup grated parmesan cheese
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken until thin. Season with salt and pepper. Cook and drain spinach. Melt cup butter and mix with spinach, cream cheese, and lemon juice.

In middle of each chicken breast, spread 1 tsp. butter, swiss cheese, and cup spinach mixture. Fold breast to cover stuffing. Spread 1 tsp. butter on each breast and sprinkle generously with parmesan cheese and paprika.

Place in baking dish with a little water and dot with the remaining butter. Bake at 400 for 30-45 minutes or until brown.
