2½ cups graham wafer crumbs
½ cup melted butter

½ cup butter
1½ cups icing sugar
2 unbeaten eggs

½ pint fresh whipping cream
1 can crushed canned pineapple well drained
Cherry’s and graham crumbs for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and graham crumbs and press into a 9x13” pan or glass casserole. Bake for 15 mins in a slow oven-300º. Cream butter and blend in icing sugar and add eggs and beat well. Must be light and fluffy. Spread over bottom and chill. Beat whipping cream and fold in pineapple an spread over chilled fir 2 layers. Garnish with maraschino cherry’s and graham crumbs.
