Pear and Walnut Salad

1 ripe pear, sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
1 packaged of mixed salad greens

Layer all ingredients over mixed greens.
 

Champagne Vinaigrette


Ingredients:

1/3 cup Champagne vinegar
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk all ingredients (except the olive oil) together.
Slowly add the olive oil and whisking vigorously until the dressing is combined.
