3 eggs
1 cup club soda
to taste salt
2 tbsp oil
flour

Directions:
Directions:
With mix master beat all ingredients together adding flour a bit at a time until dough is quite stiff. Let stand.

Using a spaetzle maker boil spaetzle for few minutes until tender.
