16 oz. Elbow Macaroni, cooked and drained
3-4 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten with milk
4 cups whole milk
12 oz. grated cheddar cheese
4-6 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 tbsp. minced dry onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
3/4 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine, add flour to make a rue.
Add eggs, milk, Velveeta cheese, salt, pepper, and minced dried onion to make a sauce.
Add sauce to cooked and drained macaroni.
In a lightly greased casserole dish make layers with macaroni mixture and cheddar cheese.
Finish of the top with cheddar cheese (completely covering macaroni).
Bake @ 350º for approximately 25 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly around the edges.
