1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak
1 c. beef broth
4 c. broccoli florets
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 c. onion
1 T. chili garlic sauce
2 T. soy sauce
2 c. white rice, cooked
2 T. brown sugar, packed
2 T. cornstarch
5 T. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of the oil over medium-high heat. Cook beef in oil in batches, 1-3 minutes per side, until cooked through. Transfer cooked beef to a plate.

Add remaining 2 tablespoons oil to skillet. Add broccoli and onion and cook 3-5 minutes over medium-high heat, until vegetables soften. Add broth, brown sugar, chili garlic sauce and ginger to skillet, and simmer.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, beat soy sauce and cornstarch with a fork. Stir cornstarch mixture and beef into mixture in the skillet. Return to simmering and cook 30-60 seconds longer or until mixture thickens.

Serve over rice.
