2 cups finely chopped sweet red pepper
5Ĺ cups sugar
1 cup vinegar
⅓ cup lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
1 bottle certo

Directions:
Directions:
Boil red pepper, sugar and vinegar for about 15 mins. Add lemon juice and boil for 2 mins. Add 1 bottle Certo. Put in streakiest jars and seal.
