1- 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonaise
3-4 green onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp hot sauce
to taste pepper
1½ cup smoked salmon

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cream cheese, mayo, hot sauce and pepper until very smooth.

Add smoked salmon and onions to cheese mixture and blend gently.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

This recipe was derived out of necessity to use the vast amount of smoked salmon Steve created for us and as an homage to Steve who’s passion for fishing ensured we always had fresh salmon to eat in so many different ways. His smoked salmon was legendary (at least to our families) and this was just one of the many ways we enjoyed it.
