1 head of lettuce
1 package of bacon
1 jar of mayonnaise
1 bag frozen green peas
1 jar parmesan cheese

Optional ingredients
chopped tomatoe
shredded carrots
cucumber
green onions

One large disposable aluminum pan or two smaller aluminum pans

Directions:
Directions:
Tear lettuce into about 1 inch pieces and spread on bottom of pan/pans. Cover lettuce with a thick layer of mayonnaise. Cover with Parmesan cheese, thickly. Sprinkle the frozen green peas over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Dont worry, the lettuce will not get soggy overnight.

Cook your bacon, drain and roughly chop. Add to the salad with other ingredients you have chosen.
