8-12 chicken breast boned
6 strips of bacon
chip beef (Carson's brand or good quality)
1/2 pint sour cream
1 can low sodium cream of mushroom soup
toothpicks
plastic wrap

Directions:
Directions:
Cover each chicken breast with plastic wrap and tenderize.
Fill each chicken breast with chip beef.
Fold and wrap each breast with 1/2 strip of bacon, secure with a toothpick.
Place chicken in a baking dish.
Combine 1/2 pint sour cream and can of cream of mushroom soup and pour over chicken.
Bake uncovered @ 300 for 1 - 2 hours.
