1 Box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 lb sausage, browned
1 small chopped onion
1 bag cheese filled tortellini
3 cups water, more if needed
3 beef boullion or chicken boullion cubes
1 can diced tomatoes
garlic powder
smoked paprika
salt and pepper
1 8oz block of cream cheese, cut into cubes (optional)

Add all ingredients to crockpot. Cook on low for 5 hours. Serve hot with crackers, biscuits or cornbread
