Ingredients:  
4 cups water
1 cup quick grits
1 stick butter
8 oz Velveta cheese cubed (can use Gouda as well)
2 eggs
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400

Cook grits as directed on package. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and cheese until melted. Let cool.

Beat eggs and milk in bowl until foamy. Add to cooled grits. Pour into a greased/sprayed baking dish.

Bake for 45 minutes or until set.

Serve hot.
