1 lb pork sausage
1½ Pioneer brand peppered sausage gray mixture
1 cup shredded cheddar
6 eggs
½ cup milk
salt, pepper, galic, onion powder to taste
1 onion, diced (optional)
1 can Grands biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Grease or Spray a 9x13 pan. Cut biscuits into 1 inch pieces and line the bottom of the pan with them. Brown and drain the sausage. Scatter the sausage over the biscuit pieces. Sprinkle with cheese. Whish eggs, milk and seasoning, then pour over biscuits and sausage. Make gravy per directions on package, then pour over ingredients in pan.

Bake 35-45 minutes.

Serve hot and refrigerate leftovers
