½ cup raisins (cover with hot water and soak fo 30 mins)
¼ cup butter
¼ cup packed brown sugar
¼ tsp salt
½ cup corn syrup
1 egg lightly beaten
½ tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar and butter till sugar is dissolved and butter is creamed. Add the corn syrup, Beaten eg, vanilla and salt and mix well. Drain and add the raisins. Fill tart shells just below the top and bake at 400º for about 20 mins. Filling will be light browned and still bubbling.

I made these (mini tarts) for the Legion Tea with my great niece Bailey and she loved them. She even texted me later for the recipe.
