6-7 boneless chicken thighs
3/4 cup honey
3/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium OK)
2 TB Hoisen sauce
2 cloves ( 1+1/2 TB minced) garlic
1 TB fresh ginger root(or 1 TB dry ginger)
1 tsp sesame oil
2 TB cornstarch
1/4 cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
In a 5 qt slow cooker, place meat.

In small bowl whisk together the honey, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, & sesame oil.
Pour over meat in cooker.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high 3-4 hours

Remove chicken from cooker& shred.
Whisk together cornstarch& water then whisk it into sauce in cooker.
Return the shredded chicken to the cooker & let cook another 15 minutes .until sauce is thicker.

Serve over rice & vegetables of your choice (Frozen Asian mix is good choice)
Garnish with sliced green onion.
