c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
c. water
3 tbsp. strawberry jello mix
Fresh strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. For the crust, combine vegetable oil, milk, 2 tsp. sugar, and salt and mix well. Add flour and mix again. Press into bottom and sides of glass 9x9" baking pan. Bake for 10-12 min. (Or microwave on high for 6 minutes, turning once.) Allow crust to cool then clean and core strawberries - use whole or cut in quarters or halves. Arrange in baking dish on crust. For glaze, mix c. sugar and cornstarch. Add water gradually and mix well. Heat on the stove on medium low heat (or microwave on high for 1 min, stir, microwave 30 seconds, stir, and microwave 30 seconds), should bubble. Remove from heat/microwave. Stir in strawberry jello mix, let cool until warm but not set, pour over strawberries in shell. Refrigerate to set.
