½ c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1½ c. flour
¾ c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
¾ c. water
3 tbsp. strawberry jello mix
Fresh strawberries

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450°. For the crust, combine vegetable oil, milk, 2 tsp. sugar, and salt and mix well. Add flour and mix again. Press into bottom and sides of glass 9x9" baking pan. Bake for 10-12 min. (Or microwave on high for 6 minutes, turning once.) Allow crust to cool then clean and core strawberries - use whole or cut in quarters or halves. Arrange in baking dish on crust. For glaze, mix ¾ c. sugar and cornstarch. Add water gradually and mix well. Heat on the stove on medium low heat (or microwave on high for 1 min, stir, microwave 30 seconds, stir, and microwave 30 seconds), should bubble. Remove from heat/microwave. Stir in strawberry jello mix, let cool until warm but not set, pour over strawberries in shell. Refrigerate to set.
