2 Pounds Ground Beef
1 Green Bell Pepper, Small dice or you can even chop it in a food processor into small pieces
1 29 oz. Can of Tomato Sauce
1 29 oz. Can of Diced Tomatoes
2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 Beef Bullion Cubes or Chicken Stock
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Pepper 2 Cups Cooked Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef.

Add the chopped green pepper and saute the mixture for 3 minutes. Drain the beef mixture to eliminate excess fat.

Stir in the rest of the ingredients except for the rice and simmer it for 30-45 minutes.

Stir in the rice to heat it through prior to serving.
