4 cups yellow squash
1 med onion
1 8 ounce sour cream
1 stick butter
1 sleeve of ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Boil squash and onions until tender. Drain and mix in the rest of the ingredients. Melt butter and mix in crackers. Top casserole with the mixture. Cover and bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Uncover and cook an additional 10 minutes.
