16 slices pork loin


Gravy:
4 cups pork or beef broth
4 tbsp corn starch
2 pkg pork gravy mix

Directions:

For Crockpot:
Spray skillet or griddle. Put pork loin on to sear (brown) on both sides lightly.
Spray crockpot and put pork loin in evenly.

Gravy: Use some of the broth to mix the corn starch and pork gravy mix,
whisking swiftly until corn starch and gravy mix are dissolved with no lumps.
Let mix thicken some, then pour it over the pork loin and close the lid.
Cook on high for 4 hours.
