Cream Cheese Sheet Cake Recipe

1 cup and 2 tbsp margarine or butter
6 oz. cream cheese
2 cup Sugar
6 eggs
tsp vanilla
2 cake flour

1 cup sugar
⅓ cup evaporated milk
cup butter
cup semi sweet chocolate chips

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs-2 at a time. Beat after each addition. Beat in vanilla-add flour and mix well. Pour into greased 15" x 10" cake pan. Bake at 325 for 30-35 minutes. Let cool completely.

For frosting: Combine evaporated milk and sugar in sauce pan. Bring to boil over med. heat. Cover and boil 3 minutes (not stirring). Remove from heat and stir in butter and chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. Pour over cake and spread.
