1 envelope knox gelatin
¼ cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp salt
¼ cup water
3 eggs, separated
¼ cup sugar
1 ½ cups pumpkin
½ cup milk

Mix gelatin, slat, and spices in saucepan. Stir in milk, water, egg yolks, and pumpkin. Pour into pie crust. Bake
