2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (depending on the size of the breast)
2cans white cannilli beans
2 cans cream of chicken soup
11/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c red pepper chopped
1 pkg.Goya vegetable seasoning
1tsp. Cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Pepper

Saute onion and pepper
Boil chicken breast until tender and cool. (don't overcook)
Cut chicken into bite size pieces
Drain liquid off of beans and rinse
Add 2 c. Chicken stock
Add 2 c. Cream of chicken soup
Add goya seasoning, cumin, garlic powder and pepper
Mix in pot on low heat for 15-20 minutes
