1 large tomato, chopped
1 cup cilantro, chopped(optional)
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1 small yellow bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1 can (11 ounces) shoe peg corn, drained
2 cans Rotel tomatoes
2 cans black-eyed peas, drained
cup red wine vinegar
chili powder
cayenne pepper
salt

Mix above ingredients and add chili powder and cayenne pepper and salt to taste.
