¼ teaspoon salt
1 ¼ cups milk
1 cup flour
¼ cup melted butter

For chicken crepes: cheese and cooked chicken, 1 can cream of chicken soup with half a can of milk.
For fruit filled crepes:1 (8oz) package of Philadelphia cream cheese. ½ cup powdered sugar,and small container of cool whip. Fruit of your choice.

Blend ingredients in blender. Grease skillet over medium heat pour batter in skillet (approximately ¼ cup) and rotate skillet till done.

For chicken crepes place crêpe on plate add cheese and cooked chicken and roll up. For topping mix one can cream of chicken soup with half a can of milk, heat and spoon over the top add more cheese and serve.
For fruit filled crepes mix one (8oz) package of Philadelphia cream cheese with half cup powdered sugar,and small container of cool whip. Pipe in the middle of crêpe and roll up. Spoon fruit of choice over the top, add whipped topping and serve.
