2 - 2 ½ cups Spelt and GF flour
2 Tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon yeast
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup A2 Milk
¼ cup water
2 Tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk, water, butter and sugar to 120º-130º F. Add to 1 1/r2 cup flour, salt and yeast. Beat 2 minutes. Add ¼ cup flour at a time. Stir en enough flour to make a soft dough.
On floured surface knead 2-3 minutes. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces. Shape into balls. Place in greased 8" round pan. Cover. Let rise in warm place about 30 minutes.
Uncover. Bake in 375º F oven for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from pan to cool.
