Mom's meatloaf (A.1.-derful Recipe

1 pounds ground beef, may mix with ground chicken
1/2 cup dry GF bread crumbs
⅓ cup dried onion flakes
⅓ cup chopped green pepper
⅓ cup ketchup or 8 ounce can tomato sauce
3 teaspoon A.1. steak sauce or other steak sauce
1 egg
teaspoon garlic powder
teaspoon oregano
cup shredded parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients in order. Using hands....mix it all together.
Lightly pack in 9 X 5 loaf pan.
Bak in preheated 350 F oven for about 50 minutes; drain if necessary
Set 5 minutes
