1 pound lean sirloin beef
2 Tbsp canola oil
3 cups bell peppers
1 medium onion
1 (10¼ oz) can beef gravy
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
4 cups cooked white rice

Directions:
Directions:
Slice beef into very thin strips.
Heat 1 Tbsp oil in skillet. Add beef and stir-fry until browned and juices evaporate. Remove beef.
Heat remaining oil. Add peppers and onions and cook until tender-crisp. Return beef to skillet.
Add gravy, worcestershire, and garlic powder. Heat through.
Serve over rice.
