Quick and Easy Salisbury Steak Recipe

1 pound ground beef
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
8 ounces presliced mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp dried thyme
2 (12-oz) jar low-fat gravy

Combine first 4 ingredients; stir well.
Shape mixture into 4 (1/2-inch thick) patties.
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add patties; cook 4 minutes on each side or until done.
Remove patties from skillet, and set aside.
Increase heat to medium-high. Add mushrooms, onion, and thyme to skillet; saute 3 minutes.
Stir in gravy; return patties to skillet.
Cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
