16 oz lean cubed steak
2/3 cup Heart Healthy Bisquick
1 Tbsp oil
3 Tbsp flour
2 cup 1% low-fat milk
3 Tbsp butter
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bisquick, salt and pepper in a plastic bag.
Cut meat into 4 oz pieces and coat with the biscuick mixture.
Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat until hot.
Add 1 Tbsp oil. Place steaks in skillet, coat with cooking spray. Cook turning once until meat is cooked through.
Remove meat from pan and melt butter in skillet. Add flour and cook one minute.
Slowly add milk and cook until thickened, about 8 minutes. Serve over steaks.
