4 qts. Large quahogs-open and grind fine.
1 c. of liquid
1 onion
cracker or bread crumbs
1 tsp. (or more) poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix this all together and beat in 2 eggs. Fill quahog shells with the mixture, ite them shut, and bake in a hot oven 425º for 15 min. These may be eaten right away or refrigerate and warm up at another time. If you like a little hotter seasoning, add a little tabasco sauce.
( Note: 1/2 bushel of large quahogs when opened, will fill 36 large shells.)
