12 eggs
1 potato
3 slices of bacon
1/2 c. cooked sausage
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dice potatoes into small cubes. Fry in olive oil until slightly browned. Season with salt and pepper. Fry bacon and cut bacon strips into small pieces. Brown sausage. Place potatoes, bacon, and eggs into sprayed muffin tins. Crack 1 egg into cup, whisk, then pour into 1 tin. Add salt and pepper. Mix egg and toppings. Repeat with all 12. Bake at 400F fro 15 minutes, until eggs are set.
