1 lb pork tenderloin
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. salt
4 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. red food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and dissolve salt and sugar. Add soy sauce and food coloring. Marinate pork on half hour in mixture. Drain and place in rack in baking pan. Bake 350 20 min turn oven down 250 30 min. Slice into thin strips. Serve with Duck sauce or hot mustard.
