Ingredients: 2 cups concentrated coconut cream 11⁄2 cups coconut oil 1 cup macadamia nut butter 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped 1 cup dark chocolate chips 2 tsp. vanilla essence

Directions: |
Directions:Warm the coconut cream to allow it to be easily stirred. In a large bowl mix the coconut cream with all of the other ingredients except the nuts and the chocolate chips. Use an electric mixer to make this a little easier. Prepare two cookie sheets by lining them with parchment paper. Spread out the nuts and chocolate chips on the parchment. Pour over the coconut cream mixture. Place in the freezer to set. Break into 24 even sized pieces and serve immediately. Store in the freezer if there is any left |
