Ingredients:  
1 lb pork loin cut into 3/4 bites
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp oil
2 cups onion sliced
2 cups celery diced
6 oz mushrooms sliced
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp molasses
15 oz can bean sprouts
1 1/2 corn starch
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 can water chestnuts sliced

1. Brown pork in butter and oil mixture
2. Add onions, celery, and mushrooms lightly brown
3, Add liquid from bean sprouts and water chestnuts to skillet
4. Reduce heat and simmer and cook until meat is tender 30 minutes
5. Add sprouts and chestnuts simmer 15 minutes
6. Dissolve corn starch in 1/3 cup water, add soy, stir to blend
7. Gradually add corn starch mixture to skillet , cook until thickened
