2 cups frozen, unsweetened strawberries
3 cups plus 2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 cups oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cup pecans, chopped

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place strawberries in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar and stand until
thawed. Butter and flour 2 loaf pans. Combine flour, sugar,
cinnamon, salt and baking soda in a large bowl.
Blend oil and beaten eggs into berries. Add berry mixture to flour mixture.
Stir in pecans, blending until dry ingredients are just moistened.
Divide batter into pans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 to 50 minutes
or until tester inserted comes out clean. Let cool in pans on rack for
10 minutes. Turn loaves out and cool completely.
