Crab Dip Supreme Recipe

First layer:
1 (8 oz.) package cheese, at room temperature
1 small onion, grated
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Dash of salt

Cream above ingredients until smooth. Spread on a platter and sprinkle with garlic powder, to your taste.

Second Layer:
3/4 cup Heinz chilli sauce
1/2 tsp. horseradish
Dash of Tabasco sauce

Mix together and spread over cheese layer.

Third Layer:
1 tin crab meat, drained well
3 tbsp. finely chopped chives or green onion

Sprinkle crab, then chives over second layer.

Cover dip with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours before serving to allow flavours to blend. Serve with assorted crackers.
