1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 to 1 1/2 cups sour cream, depending on consistency
3 cups grated cheddar cheese
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Dash Tabasco sauce
1/4 cup chopped green pepper or green and red pepper mix
1/4 cup finely chopped onion

Optional:
Nuts, pecans, almonds
Potato chips
Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together and shape into 1 or 2 larger balls or smaller individual balls. You can roll them in nuts, potato chips or other garnish of your choice. Serve with crackers. Freezes well.
