Homemade Peanut butter Ice cream Recipe

2 cup sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups peanut butter
@1 Gallon Whole milk

Ice cream freezer
Ice cream salt
Crushed Ice

Mix everything together, but do not use the whole gallon of milk. I usually mix just enough to start with to get the peanut butter and sugar incorporated into the mixture.

Once you pour the mix into the ice cream mixer, I then add more milk until it reaches the MAX allowed line in the bucket. be sure to stir this up a little before you start freezing.

add crushed ice/salt to freezer according to you manufacturers instructions.

Once done, remove from the ice cream freezer and put into container and freeze a little in your refrigerator freezer or can be served immediately if you can't wait. It will freeze very hard in your refrigerator freezer so best if eaten the same day it is made!
