1 white or yellow cake mix
1 cup orange juice
1 box orange jello
4 beaten eggs
2 tbsp orange zest


Glaze:
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
3 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp orange zest
Mix together until smooth. Pour over COOLED caked.

preheat oven 325
Prepare bundt pan by greasing and flouring

Mix all of the ingredients and blend for 2 minutes.
pour into prepared bundt pan

cook for approx 1 hour at 325.

once cooled some can still be warm, flip out of bundt onto sugared wax paper/cooling rack

When cake is cooled, take a fork/toothpick or I use a bamboo shish kabob skewer and poke holes a few times. Pour glaze over and let sit until completely cooled.

This cake is best the 2nd day!
