vegetables (Whatever vegetable you like! Some suggestions: sweet potato, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots.)
olive oil
salt
spices as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400-425º.

Clean and cut vegetables into desired size. Consistency of size helps everything cook evenly.

Line baking sheet with foil. Place cut up veggies on foil and drizzle with olive oil. Salt and spice using any preferred spices... experiment a little.

Put in oven and bake for 12 minutes, then check and rotate. Check them again after baking another 10 minutes. Veggies are done when there is a little color on them.

Store in refrigerator.

Note:
Oven times vary, so keep an eye on your vegetables until you get a feel for what works for you.
