1 Big block sharp cheddar cheese
1 jar pimentos
1 chopped green pepper
1 onion


Directions:
Directions:
Using an old fashion hand mixer. Add a little cheese pimentos and peppers and onions, Grind add a little more of each repeat until all ground. Put in bowl spread on rye bread cut in qtrs. Serve or refrigerate till ready to serve

Using an old fashion hand mixer makes the consistency just right. I tried a regular electric mixer and it did not work as well but can be done

Got this recipe from my Mom ( Susy Smidt) THEY are the best ! Another tip Try using beef steak rye bread works the best ( stays moist)
