2 cups Apples chopped and peeled and sliced
2 3/4 cups brown sugar or 1 1/2 cups white sugar
3/4 cups clear Jell
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4-1 tsp nutmeg (I don’t like nutmeg so I use less like 1/2 tsp)
1 1/4 cups cold water
2 1/2 cups Apple Juice

Directions:

Combine Sure-Jell, sugar, cinnamon nutmeg water and apple juice
Whisk in pan. Bring to boil medium heat until bubbly. Add lemon juice boil 1 minute. Add Apples. Stir well ladle into sterile jars makes 3-4 Qtrs. Boil qrts. in water bath for 35 minutes. Remove cool check seals

1st time i made it was way to thick. I reduce the sure jell to 1/2 cup much better
